Course Objectives
This subject is devoted to the study
of principle of information system which is a part of digital communication
system. without basics of information theory and error control coding schemes
the study of digital communication will be totally incomplete.
The probability aspects are also
included to understand the concept of information theory and error control
coding.
This subject provide students the
sufficient background for understanding basic information theory and use it to
understand more advanced subjects like digital
communication, mobile communication, computer communication etc.
